Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions with oversight of a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the general ledger, monthly and year-end close, and preparation of financial statements.

Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and cash management processes.

Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and tax requirements.

Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.

Report directly to the CFO and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory responsibilities.

Non-profit or healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
