Job Purpose:

As the Financial Analyst, you will support key FP&A functions for a respected industry leader. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, data modeling, and process improvement, all while working closely with internal and external teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Own key financial and operational data reporting

Deliver insightful financial reports with written analysis to support decision-making

Prepare weekly financial updates for the senior management team

Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including variance reviews and investment return tracking

Communicate results to senior financial leadership and other stakeholders

Participate in quarterly reporting activities and profitability analysis

Develop financial models and support cross-functional project teams

Contribute to strategic initiatives and company projects

Collaborate with team members and support the company's regional and organizational goals

Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of experience in FP&A

A team player with a strong analytical mindset

Comfortable working in a supportive, family-oriented environment
