Senior Financial Analyst
Salary: $80,000-$105,000 + Bonus Potential

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in both accounting and financial analysis functions, supporting the organization's financial health and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the CFO with close collaboration with an Assistant Controller and further reporting lines to the CEO, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in financial planning and analysis while maintaining a strong foundation in general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general ledger accounting processes, including managing banking relationships and reconciliations
Handle the full cycle of month-end close processes
Manage monthly inventory assessments for prescriptions and issue checks as needed
Perform financial analysis on employee performance metrics, including physicians and nurse practitioners
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A activities to aid in the company's financial decision-making
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
