Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead month-end close and own production of financial statements

• Drive process improvements including automation of AP and payment processes

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement ERP enhancements

• Reorganize and develop the accounting team for maximum efficiency

• Oversee internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

• 4-5+ years of accounting experience in both public and private settings

• Proven track record in process improvement, ERP systems, and financial reporting

• Management experience a plus
