Our client is seeking an Audit Supervisor who's ready to step into a leadership position that blends deep technical expertise with the opportunity to mentor, grow, and shape the future of client service. As a Supervisor, you'll be entrusted with overseeing multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding staff development, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of audit and accounting engagements from start to finish.
Supervise and mentor Staff, In-Charge, and Senior Accountants, offering real-time feedback, training, and professional development.
Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations with precision and integrity.
Review financial statements and working papers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
Identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues as they arise.
Cultivate strong client relationships by communicating progress, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with firm leadership on complex issues and prepare key reports, management letters, and deliverables for client presentations.
What You Bring:
Strong technical foundation in accounting principles and auditing standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet competing deadlines.
Proficiency with audit software, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
Critical thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A desire to lead, mentor, and contribute to the growth of both your team and the firm.
Bonus Points:
