Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 + Bonus

Are you a finance leader with a passion for financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and strategic decision-making? A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts while overseeing a small but impactful team.

What You'll Do:

Lead FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.

Oversee month-end and year-end financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provide data-driven insights to leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering professional growth and development.

Develop and implement costing models and financial KPIs to optimize profitability.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting, ideally within manufacturing.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.

Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is a plus.

A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
