Step into the fast-paced world of finance and accounting as our new Permanent Audit Senior. This role is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and compliance with regulatory standards. As a Permanent Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading audits, reviewing financial statements, and providing valuable insights to improve our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Audit Senior, you will:

1. Lead and manage financial audits in accordance with the company's internal standards and external regulations.

2. Review financial statements, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

3. Identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline audit processes and enhance financial controls.

5. Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting any issues or discrepancies found during the audit process.

6. Assist in the preparation of annual audit plans and schedules.

7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

8. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to drive the company's financial success.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Audit Senior role will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing audits.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit practices, and financial regulations.

5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to scrutinize financial records and identify discrepancies or issues.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

7. Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.

8. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. High level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.

10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
