Job Details
Looking for:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience; previous management experience would be ideal (though you may not start out managing people directly until you've been there for a few months or so)
Netsuite experience is necessary - they are going through an implementation now.
Someone who doesn't mind rolling up sleeves & is action oriented; Not afraid to ask questions
Strong technical abilities & at least intermediate with Excel (position is somewhat data heavy); must know how to do pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
Background with a smaller company would be ideal. They are a smaller company in a lot of ways but they do have 425 locations so intercompany experience is a must have. Will do reconciliations etc.
Industry in retail, telecom, or something like that would be nice to have but as long as the person is experienced with intercompany, that would work.
Tax/Public Accounting/CPA is nice to have, but not necessary
