Workday Integration Developer

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Workday Integration Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key technical contributor in all aspects of integration and report development using Workday.

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performing integration solutions based on user stories and business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to develop solutions aligned with architectural best practices.

Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, XSLT, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST, RaaS).

Configure and support Core Connectors, PECI, and payroll-related integrations.

Create and manage custom reports using BIRT and other Workday reporting tools.

Conduct and participate in code reviews, apply feedback, and ensure compliance with security and development standards.

Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to support data transformation and delivery to downstream systems.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience developing Workday integrations.

Proven expertise in EIB, XSLT, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, and Web Services.

Experience with BIRT and custom reporting in Workday.

Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security configuration.

Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting HCM data flows to external, web-based applications.

Familiarity with scalable architecture and system performance optimization.

Prior involvement in compliance-focused or security-sensitive projects.
