Our service scheduling team assists customers when they call into the dealership. They make service appointments, help trouble shoot minor issues and provide excellent customer service which aligns with our brand.This role is critical as it may be a customer's first interaction with our dealership. We strive to provide a level of customer service which is premier and matches our premier brand.
Responsibilities
Assist customers calling into the dealership
Communicate information to the rest of the team
Use our systems to keep notes/follow up
Have specific knowledge of our brand
