KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Assisting the accounting manager as needed.
- Other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools. (MS Word & Excel).
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
