JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to grow our presence in the hospitality and tourism sector. This role focuses on mid-range to boutique hotels, eco-tourism lodges, adventure resorts, and local businesses in high-traffic tourist areas. The ideal candidate is field-oriented, relationship-driven, and understands the unique needs of hospitality clients in emerging and remote markets.
Client Focus:
Mid-range to boutique hotels, adventure resorts, and eco-tourism lodges.
New and emerging hospitality accounts.
Local restaurants and retailers in key tourist zones
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct weekly territory coverage, including in-person field visits to existing and potential clients.
- Identify and prospect new accounts, ensuring strong brand and product visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, resort owners, and local retailers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage deliveries, including in remote or off-grid areas.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments.
- Expand market presence and brand penetration within the assigned geographic territory.
- Execute and support in-store or on-location promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on competitor activities, pricing, and positioning.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity logs.
