You will take charge of the full payroll process, making sure employees receive their pay accurately and on schedule. This includes calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions like taxes and benefits, all while ensuring strict compliance with payroll laws and regulations. You ll work closely with HR and finance teams to keep employee records up to date and efficiently process payroll using specialized software. Additionally, you ll serve as the go-to person for payroll-related questions, prepare tax filings, and support audits to guarantee accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
