We’re searching for a dynamic, driven, and resourceful Account Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen existing partnerships.

What You'll Do:

Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and conducting market research

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to match client needs

Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast sales

Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs

Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a deep knowledge of our industry

What We’re Looking For:

Proven staffing industry experience (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Salesforce CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills

Self-motivated with strong research and organizational abilities

Team player who thrives both independently and in a collaborative environment
