Job Details:

Responsibilities

Develop and execute health system partner infusion implementation project specification, milestones, initiatives, and scope based on customer needs assessment and capabilities.

Set, drive, and deliver clear project internal and external customer expectations

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders via clear project milestones and deliverables

Monitor internal and external customer commitments and deliverables ensuring milestone delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Develop clear internal and external customer communication strategies

Initiate and lead cross-functional team conference calls and video presentations coordinating both internal and external customers

Accountable for meeting key metrics including, but not limited to, client satisfaction, adherence to project milestones and deadlines, timely and accurate planning, and execution of projects through completion, and successful ability to lead multiple projects.

Monitor and communicate any outstanding issues or developments through post implementation.

Enrollment and management of payer portals for clients during and after implementation.

Other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills & Abilities

Strong healthcare acumen with knowledge of health system operations, associated health plans, and specialty pharmacy.

Understanding of setting up NPI, NCPDP, Taxonomy numbers.

Knowledge of the Medicare Part A & B enrollment process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
