Site Supervisor - Industrial Maintenance

Solution Services is looking for the right candidate to fulfill a critical role as a Site Supervisor (Maintenance). We provide onsite maintenance and grounds crew services for an industrial company. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large team of 17 employees. This position is Mon-Fri (8 hrs), but could also be Mon-Thurs (10 hrs) if desired, with occasional hours required on Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour depending on experience.

We are looking for the following skills, experience, and traits:

Minimum eight years of construction and maintenance experience required; some of it must be in an industrial setting

Minimum four years of supervisory experience required; experience managing a large team (10+) or multiple teams preferred

Has the capacity to supervise up to 16 total employees, and of that, one administrative clerk and three Foreman / Lead Men

Comfortable performing basic computer and administrative tasks (email, spreadsheets, Word documents, Adobe, etc.)

Estimation experience (for small projects) preferred

Has the capacity to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with our customer; this role is the day-to-day, onsite representative of our company

Accountable; mature and responsible enough to work under minimal supervision, setting the example each day for others to follow

Experience interviewing / hiring employees a plus

Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor

Customer service oriented; pleasant personality

Team player; eager & willing to do what’s needed

High moral character; integrity is a must
