Job Description
We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Member to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and management by performing administrative and customer service duties on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about locations ETA's and other pertinent information for drivers and company equipment
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, AND Dispatch
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
