Evaluate and optimize complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring system performance and efficient data processing.

Drive Salesforce AI, automation, and low-code development initiatives to enhance productivity and innovation.

Familiarity with common and best-in-class solutions across not only the Salesforce platform landscape, but also the Salesforce AppExchange, to avoid unnecessary build and maintenance overhead whenever possible.

Platform Operations & Performance Optimization

Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.

Define and manage Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD, sandbox management, and version control (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.).

Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce platform governance, access controls, and compliance policies.

Define and manage downtime procedures, including strategies to minimize disruptions, to manage operations (offline, if necessary) and to optimize recovery outcomes as a result of outages that may be experienced within or parallel to the Salesforce platform landscape.

Drive release management and deployment best practices to minimize risk and downtime.

Integration & Data Strategy

Design and implement robust integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, Customer Success, Marketing Automation, etc.).

Define and maintain Salesforce data governance and master data management (MDM) strategies to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Implement real-time and batch integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub).

Experience and knowledge of large scale data migrations using various kinds of ETL and Data Management and Analytics tools such as Informatica, Databricks, Teradata, DBAmp, ADF, etc.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Proven experience shaping and leading large technical or functional teams across a defined set of project goals
