We are seeking a Power BI & Data Insights Engineer with a strong background in analytics and reporting to support our evolving Unified Communications (UC) environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on working with data and is eager to grow their skills in enterprise communications technologies such as Zoom and AudioCodes.
The focus of this role is on building dashboards, analyzing usage trends, and enabling smarter decision-making through data — all with the goal of enhancing the communication experience for over 2,000 users across global offices. You'll partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, while learning UC technologies and how they impact user experience across voice, video, and collaboration tools.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize UC system usage, performance, and adoption trends.
Analyze data from Zoom, telephony systems, and monitoring tools to identify insights that inform business decisions and technology improvements.
Collaborate with UC engineers, IT leaders, and business teams to understand communication workflows and prioritize dashboarding needs.
Assist in onboarding and supporting users in high-risk or complex regions (e.g., Costa Rica, Aruba), using data to ensure system reliability and consistency.
Contribute to the development of KPIs and data models that improve the user experience across voice and video platforms.
Learn core UC technologies and best practices, including dialing plans, device configurations, Zoom Quality dashboards, and telephony integrations.
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and integration with platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to tell compelling, actionable stories.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Curiosity and willingness to learn Unified Communications platforms (Zoom, AudioCodes, etc.).
Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and support business-driven outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with UC concepts or platforms (Zoom, VoIP, SIP, etc.).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for data automation or integration is a plus, but not required.
Exposure to UC monitoring tools (e.g., Zoom Quality Dashboard, Palo Alto ADEM).
Prior experience integrating dashboards with ITSM or collaboration platforms (ServiceNow, Teams).

The position reports to leadership in Los Angeles and is open to candidates in all listed office locations, excluding Chicago and New York.
Two interview rounds expected.
Travel to other firm offices or data centers may be required occasionally.
