Summary:
In the position of Cycle Counter you will perform and monitor product inventories and cycle counts in a warehouse; and ensure materials align with the declared lists and documents, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist warehouse management in claims and sorts. Ensure product is segregated and placard correctly. Case counts are verified for reworks and submitted to management for release or disposal.
Perform daily cycle count of the finished goods in the warehouse and weekly cycle count of raw materials in the warehouse.
Develop, monitor, control inventory, integrity, maintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracy. Maintain inventory inspections logs, system-based reports, manual reports, other shipping documents.
Efficiently count and monitor inventory movements from shipping and receiving, damage department and repack area. Assist with rotation and consolidation of finished goods to ensure we are shipping by FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damages products.
Daily clean-up of damaged cases in locations by moving and transferring in SAP to the Damage department for rework or disposal.
Support management to communicate process opportunities and take corrective actions or remedies.
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Accounting, or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in inventory control
Computer Skills Desired: SAP, Excel
Preferred Certifications: OSHA Forklift Certification
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in the beverage industry preferred.
Base Salary Range: $22.00 -$24.00 per hour
