**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist**
**Job Description**
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for performing your own setups, working with tight tolerances, and utilizing quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. You will primarily operate Haas and Makino Mills, ensuring precise tolerances of plus or minus .0005 inches or less. The role involves reading blueprints based on geometric tolerances, handling difficult setups, and operating machines with Haas and Fanuc controls. You may perform two or more setups in a day, with both short and long cycle runs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform own setups and operate CNC Mill machines.
+ Work with tight tolerances and use quality inspection tools.
+ Read and interpret blueprints based on geometric tolerances.
+ Operate Haas and Makino Mills with Haas and Fanuc controls.
+ Handle difficult setups and ensure precision in machining.
+ Manage short and long cycle runs, potentially performing multiple setups in a day.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in CNC machining and blueprint reading.
+ Experience in setup and operation of CNC Mills.
+ Knowledge of G&M codes and vertical mill operations.
+ Ability to read blueprints and perform precise machining with Haas and Fanuc controls.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience on a CNC Mill.
+ 2+ years of experience in blueprint reading.
+ 2+ years of setup experience on a Mill.
+ An Associate’s Degree in manufacturing or machine tool is a plus.
+ Experience in an ISO/AS setting is advantageous.
+ Good attitude and willingness to learn.

**Work Environment**
This position operates on the first shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The company provides product design, testing, and build-to-print manufacturing, leveraging its strength in design engineering and extensive manufacturing experience. The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
