**Job Title: Mechanical Technician**

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and work orders efficiently.

+ Utilize several types of power tools such as torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws.

+ Ensure finished products meet quality standards.

+ Read and follow Bills of Materials.

+ Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

+ Experience with measuring tools and mechanical assembly.

+ Experience in automotive maintenance and quality control.

+ Knowledge of electrical assembly and electrical blueprints.

**Work Environment**

Work in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled. Opportunities are available across various shifts: 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, 2nd shift from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, and 3rd shift from 10 pm to 6:30 am. A $2 shift differential is provided for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
