**Job Title: Forklift Operator**

**Job Description**

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating high reach and dock stocker equipment, particularly Crown reach trucks. High reach experience is essential for this role. In addition to operating forklifts, you will assist with material handling tasks throughout the day. Your duties will include unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles, stacking them in assigned places, locating and moving stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment, and transporting raw materials to production workstations. You will also need to identify damages, report shortages or quality deficiencies, and help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate high reach and dock stocker equipment, with a focus on Crown reach trucks.

+ Assist with material handling tasks beyond forklift operations.

+ Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places.

+ Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

+ Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.

+ Transport raw materials to production workstations.

+ Perform material tasks throughout the shift.

+ Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.

+ Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

+ Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.

**Essential Skills**

+ High reach forklift experience is mandatory.

+ Prior experience operating a Raymond and Crown Stand Up Forklift.

+ Solid work history with 1-2 continuous years at the same company.

+ Ability to hit the ground running without equipment training.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 6+ months of prior forklift operator or equipment operator experience.

+ Experience with equipment such as Crown reach trucks and stand-up forklifts.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.00/hr.
