CNC Machinist - Direct Employment

**CNC Machinist- Mills/Lathes - Direct Employment. Up to $40/hr.**

**1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shift.**

**Description:**

+ This candidate with be responsible for setting up their own machines and inspect their own parts when finished.

+ Must be able to select tooling, setup, and operate CNC.

+ Experience with Mills or Lathes.

+ Will be able to train on different brands of CNC.

+ Knowledge of inspection equipment (mics, calipers, etc).

+ Technical Degree in Machining or equivalent work experience.

+ Demonstrated strong work ethic and the personality to get along with others.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $83200.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean

- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)

- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that

- Average tenure is 10+ years

- 12% shift differential

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits

**Workplace Type**

This is a fully onsite position in Eden Prairie,MN.
