**Job Title: Entry Level Assembler**
**Job Description**
The position is responsible for performing all assembly operations within the Sub Assembly Work Centers. You will use hand, air, and power tools, along with quality testing equipment to ensure products meet our high standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Match and fit parts in assemblies and subassemblies according to blueprint instructions.
+ Perform testing operations to ensure product quality.
+ Cross-train in various areas within the Grade 1 classification.
+ Understand and follow documentation procedures, including In-Process Check Sheets and Test Logs.
+ Maintain good attendance as it is required for this position.
**Essential Skills (Will train!)**
+ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
+ Ability to read blueprints, engineering specifications, test specifications, and bills of material.
+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience with manufacturing processes such as assembly is helpful.
+ Attention to detail is crucial.
+ Experience in general production, mechanical assembly, and packaging is advantageous.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is non-climate controlled with many fans to provide ventilation, though it can get hot in the summer. Steel toe boots are not required for production workers and assemblers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gerald, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.45 - $16.45/hr.
