**Location** : Gorham, ME

**Pay:** $30 - $34/hr

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team for the long term. As a key player in our commercial and multi-family construction projects, you will be instrumental in overseeing processes and ensuring smooth operations on site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Address and resolve subcontractor issues promptly.

+ Manage self-performed work efficiently and effectively.

+ Report directly to the Project Manager, maintaining open communication regarding project status.

+ Ensure the job site is clean and orderly, enforcing cleanliness standards with subcontractors.

+ Maintain a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, and schedule.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in construction management.

+ Strong skills in construction supervision.

+ Proficiency in subcontractor management and safety protocols.

+ Expertise in commercial construction and general contracting.

+ Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Previous experience in commercial construction.

+ Experience in construction management and superintendent roles.

+ Skills in ground-up construction and project scheduling.

+ Carpentry skills are a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
