**Assembly Technician – 4-Day Work Week + OT Fridays**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a **skilled Assembly Technician** to join our team. This role involves installing and mounting both electrical and non-electrical components, assembling fabricated parts, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Install and mount **electrical and non-electrical components** on interior and exterior structures.
+ Assemble fabricated parts, components, and other units at designated stations.
+ Read and interpret **blueprints and engineering specifications** accurately.
+ Ensure all **safety requirements and quality standards** are met throughout the assembly process.
+ Conduct **final inspections and cleaning** to meet manufacturing guidelines.
**Schedule & Compensation**
+ **Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM ( _Overtime available on Fridays_ )
+ **Pay:** $18 - $22 per hour ( **Based on experience** )
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ **Preferred:** 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to **read and use a tape measure** for precise measurements.
+ Proficiency with **hand tools and power tools** (drills, screw guns, caulk guns, etc.).
+ Strong **teamwork skills** and ability to follow directions professionally.
**Work Environment**
+ Large **manufacturing facility** with over 160 employees on the floor at any given time.
+ Expanding workspace, providing a dynamic production setting.
+ Team sizes vary from **6 to 15 members** , depending on department.
+ Physical demands: Frequent **bending, stooping, squatting** , and ladder climbing.
+ Ability to **lift 40 lbs.** without assistance.
+ Work in a **non-temperature-controlled environment** with required safety equipment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
