**Job Title: Assembler**

**Job Description**

As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will contribute to the assembly of dance floors and decks, ensuring the finished product meets quality standards. The role involves gluing pieces together, attaching hardware, inspecting products, and using hand and power tools. Flexibility is key as you may be moved across different departments as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with a partner to glue dance floor pieces together.

+ Attach various hardware components to dance floors.

+ Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

+ Assist in the deck area by gluing parts and trimming excess materials.

+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

+ Contribute to various departments and tasks as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in general labor and production tasks.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ Mechanical assembly and machine operation skills.

+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Ability to pass a tape measure, reading, and math test.

+ Capability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Strong attendance history verified through references.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
