The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data with speed and accuracy. This role is critical to ensuring that business operations run smoothly by supporting accurate records and information management. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into various systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct when necessary
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Ensure data is up-to-date and organized according to company standards
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and input information as needed
Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretionQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
Previous experience in a data entry or office support role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with digital data platforms
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
