Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 base + bonus

Argo Recruiting is working with a premier financial services firm in New York City that is seeking two highly skilled Full Stack C# Developers to help build and scale next-generation trading systems. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance team developing real-time, multi-threaded trading platforms for a top-tier institution. Ideal candidates will have deep C# .NET experience, a passion for finance or trading systems, and strong fundamentals in multithreaded architecture and enterprise application performance. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance trading applications using C# .NET (Core + Framework)

Contribute to both server-side logic and GUI interface components

Apply Agile development methodologies in a highly collaborative environment

Use memory and performance profiling tools to fine-tune system performance

Deliver clean, scalable code using object-oriented principles and modern best practices

Support enterprise production environments, diagnose issues, and enhance reliability

Participate in full SDLC, including unit testing and deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features and system architecture Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on development with C# .NET, including multi-threaded application design

Expertise in .NET Core and associated libraries

Experience with performance tuning and memory profiling in enterprise systems

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work onsite in New York and complete HackerRank technical test Preferred Qualifications Experience developing trading systems or financial applications

Exposure to other object-oriented languages like Java or C++
