Position Overview:

Apply to join us in the Data Management team in the Single-Family division Data & Decisions department! The Data Analytics Tech Lead will be responsible for performing various tasks across Single-Family processes and systems with a focus on data initiatives to streamline knowledge across the end-to-end data lifecycle. Key duties include data discovery, lineage, profiling, data flow management, data requirements, operational reporting, analytics, strategic planning, process and program documentation.

Our team is responsible for Data Management Activities for shared assets.

Provide information on data that aligns with the Data Strategy initiatives to support consumers and improve Data Consumer experience.

Your Impact:

Understand data lineage across multiple applications to effectively communicate data impacts for upstream and downstream consumers.

Drive process adoption and enforcement of Change Management activities to support various efforts including identification of enhancements, prioritization of defects, and support testing and business validations for deployments.

Production Support which includes resolving identified issues, providing impact analysis, and identifying necessary updates to prevent future cases.

Data and Reporting activities which include supporting Data Management controls, Data Management reporting processes, development and testing.

Create accurate, valuable, and timely deliverables with limited oversight.

Prepare for and facilitate meetings including the creation of agendas, develop meeting materials, scribe meeting minutes and outline action items and next steps to manage.

Interact and communicate effectively with key Business and IT partners at all levels.

Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience.; advanced studies/degree preferred.

Typically has 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, change management, reporting, and/or Data Management related projects.

Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes.

Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to understand IT and business processes and management of objectives.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, SQL, JSON/XML, Python.

Understanding of Cloud technology (AWS) and data management (Data Lake, Datawarehouse).

Ability to understand Business Requirements and to drive Requirements analysis while considering overall impacts of changes on producers and consumers as a result of proposed changes.

Ability to execute with limited oversight. Quick learner of new technologies and tools that is able to provide guidance to team members.

Develop and streamline procedures, job aids and knowledge articles to help users better understand how to use systems and execute processes.

Proactive in nature with stakeholder satisfaction and delivery of quality results as primary goals.

Strong presentation, writing and oral communications skills.

Ability to cultivate and manage relationships within Single-Family and across the Enterprise to support business initiatives.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with key business and IT partners at all levels.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $119,000 - $179,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
