The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of communication strategies that align with our clients’ goals and Nexmos Design’s brand values. This role involves coordinating with various departments, drafting materials, and ensuring messaging is consistent and effective across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Draft and edit internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and company announcements

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communications

Coordinate logistics and communication materials for events and client meetings

Monitor communication performance and compile reports for leadership

Support crisis communication planning and implementation when necessaryQualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or related field

1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Acrobat)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
