The Role:

As an Inbound Call Center Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, assisting with a wide range of inquiries and providing support that leaves a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with general inquiries, order updates, account information, and basic troubleshooting
Accurately document call details, customer interactions, and follow-up steps in the system
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
Follow established call-handling procedures while delivering high-quality service
Identify opportunities to provide additional information, support, or product guidance
Maintain a calm, courteous, and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, administrative, or call center role
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume call environment
Comfortable using CRM systems, call management tools, and standard office software
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Dependable, team-oriented, and solution-focused
