Objective of the Position:
The Rice Campaign Manager role exists to lead and execute marketing campaigns that align with crop strategy and portfolio focus, promoting effective sales of rice products, and supporting overall sales goals.
Main Areas of Responsibilites and Key Activities:
DRIVE:
Planning and monitoring campaigns (standard and special campaign) for sales team as per crop strategy & portfolio focus (regularly creating status report and insight to relevant stakeholders))
Review campaign advertisement & promotional budget allocation and monitor it on a quarterly basis
Planning and review sample allocation based on campaign plan on quarterly basis (regularly create status report target Demand Creation Activities (DCA) vs Sample Allocated vs Plan Allocation for next Quarter to relevant stakeholder)
Defining, planning and monitoring material promotion based on field needs and market competitiveness
Creating the new product launch on ground execution plan with guidance sub-regional Crop Manager
Drive unique value preposition / product communication for new product launch or refreshment with sales team (training, mentoring during join activities)
SUPPORT & ALIGN:
Reviewing and aligning bottom-up proposal for non-focus product from sales team with Country Leadership Team, ensuring the project charter completion (align with Mktg Services*)
Alignment with Regional Business Manager for top down & semi top down DCA activities targets
Supporting relevant marketing data (market insight, pricing, competition) in pre-demand review
Supporting marketing data (market insight, pricing, competition) for brand plan needed by regional Crop Manager
Give input and recommendation on competitor, spray pattern to Technical Services Demo
Job Skills:
Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
Ability to analyze market trends and incorporate findings into strategic planning
Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and tools for data analysis and reporting
Adaptability to dynamic work environments and evolving project scopes
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/Agribusiness/Marketing
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Campaign Manager/Product Manager/Marketing related position
