Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: $110,000–$120,000
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses + sales commission eligibility

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day branch operations to meet business, staffing, and service goals
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, payroll, billing, and cost control
Ensure contract compliance, licensing adherence, and regulatory oversight
Perform business development for the region.
Lead, mentor, and develop site-level leadership teams and frontline employees
Conduct site visits, audits, and after-hours/weekend inspections
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives
Partner with corporate and division teams on strategic planning and implementation
Represent ADM in community outreach and local public safety partnerships
Qualifications
5+ years of multi-site management in contract security (5,000+ hours/week preferred)
Experience in operations, account management, financial oversight, and team leadership
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to remain flexible and on-call 24/7 for critical branch matters
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
