We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information regarding products and services

Resolve customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude

Maintain and update customer records in the database

Collaborate with internal teams to address and follow up on customer concerns

Qualifications
