Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Check in members, register guests, and perform transactions using our point-of-sale system.
Provide guests with information about rules and attractions.
Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
Ensure waivers are completed and verified for all visitors.
Address guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
