ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Temp/Part time (4-6 hrs. per day, Monday - Friday) with a possibility of
permanent (not guaranteed) - We are looking for Administrative Assistants that are
adaptive problem solvers who are not afraid to lead when needed and can support a client based on
their needs with proven experience in calendar management, email correspondence and finance management (Quick Books).
Must have excellent customer service skills. Professionalism is a must. (in person office setting)
Hourly rate: $20 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Schedule appointments.
• Compose documents
• Create content to post on the company's social media channels.
• Conduct online research and AI familiarity.
• Prepare presentations according to the instructions given.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED (minimum)
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
• Familiarity with the latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, online calendars and desktop sharing
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program (MicrosoP Office/Google Docs);
familiarity with Customer Management Systems
• Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
