Insight Global is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who is primarily responsible for maintaining the company’s books and records to properly reflect the assets, liabilities, equity and results of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The CFO will oversee adequate safeguards and internal controls to maintain and protect the company’s assets and assure the accuracy of the Company’s records. The preparation of these records should result in timely and accurate monthly financial statements that assure operating results are fairly stated each month and that the Company’s fiscal year end statements can meet the demands of an annual audit or review by an outside CPA firm. In addition to these key responsibilities, the CFO will act as an advisor to the CEO/President along with other executives of the company on major strategic, business, financial and operational and data security issues · Lead and supervise the Accounting/Finance team, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. · Oversee daily accounting operations including revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and reconciliations. · Manage cash flow, including daily cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and safeguarding of company and client assets. · Maintain accurate records for A/R, A/P, inventory, fixed assets, and all liabilities. · Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. · Analyze financial performance, trends, and KPIs; prepare business cases for new opportunities. · Maintain financial controls, internal documentation, and compliance with GAAP standards. · Manage tax planning and compliance in coordination with external tax professionals. · Support corporate insurance, sales/property tax, and other regulatory reporting. · Provide strategic financial guidance to department managers and executive leadership. · Ensure data security and compliance with IT and privacy protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience as a Controller or CFO in a similar or larger organization.

· Experience working cross functionally with IT or HR departments

· Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.

· Expertise in financial systems, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Strong non-exempt labor force understanding

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
