Job Summary:
Seeking highly professional, career-driven individuals to handle inbound calls and provide resolution support for various compensation-related inquiries for Client accounts. This role requires delivering accurate and efficient service while meeting departmental performance metrics in a fast-paced financial service environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone calls related to Financial Advisor compensation or financial inquiries
Resolve escalations and inquiries with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Maintain excellent service standards while consistently achieving key performance metrics
Collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Adapt quickly to changes in workflow and business needs
Document interactions and follow through with clients or internal departments as needed
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standard
Work a minimum of 3 days per week from the office (hybrid model)
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfort with high call volumes and performance-based metrics
