Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between our sales team, logistics operations, and valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support the shipment process, coordinate returns, and facilitate upselling opportunities. Effective communication, organization, and a customer-first attitude are critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer shipment inquiries, returns, and logistics-related concerns

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and seamless service

Coordinate with shipping partners and warehouses to monitor order status and resolve delivery issues

Manage return authorizations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues

Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and customer interactions

Provide clear and timely updates to both customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a logistics, customer service, or coordination role (ideally in a product-based industry)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and cross-functional teams

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in CRM and logistics software/systems is a plus

Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach
