Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and safety? We’re looking for a Site Leader to oversee the preservation and maintenance of LNG equipment at our warehouse and outdoor storage facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while managing a skilled team and maintaining high-value assets.
What You’ll Do
As the Site Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our facility’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Team Development
Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
Provide training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operations & Maintenance Oversight
Manage daily site operations, including workflow coordination and equipment monitoring.
Lead preservation and maintenance of LNG-related assets such as LTS modules, storage tanks, and safety systems.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal condition and ready for deployment.
Safety & Compliance
Champion a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Respond to incidents and implement corrective actions.
Technical & Administrative Excellence
Oversee maintenance schedules, documentation, and reporting using digital tools.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align site activities with broader goals.
Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and compliance documentation.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a passion for operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in the LNG, oil, or energy/utility industry.
Proven leadership in field operations, maintenance, or project management.
Strong understanding of preservation and maintenance processes.
Experience with maintenance platforms (e.g., CMMS, MaintainX).
Proficiency in document management tools (e.g., Dropbox) and scheduling software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret technical documents and manage vendor/customer relationships.
Must have or be able to obtain a DOT TWIC Card.
Preferred Qualifications
Based in Southern Louisiana.
Familiarity with safety systems, process control, and industrial equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Office-based within a warehouse environment, with daily outdoor field supervision.
Standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional travel within Louisiana.
