Join a growing and award-winning team at Broadridge! We are actively seeking a Direct Hire Associate Peripheral Operator for our Night Shift operations in South Windsor, CT.

Job Summary:

As an Associate Peripheral Operator, you’ll be responsible for efficiently operating high-speed laser print equipment and supporting the overall production process. This includes organizing print cycles, maintaining print quality, and ensuring the timely completion of jobs in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).

You’ll collaborate with your shift supervisor, Quality Assurance, and production teams to monitor work status and ensure all equipment and personnel are fully optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and execute print cycles to meet daily deliverables and SLAs.

Monitor quality by reviewing printed materials throughout processing.

Review and verify print requests and logs; ensure proper files are printed.

Prioritize job streams and assign tasks to operators based on skills.

Monitor ongoing print jobs for quality issues and escalate as needed.

Communicate with internal departments and Client Services regarding scheduled jobs, statements, and special requests.

Report equipment problems to management and vendors promptly.

Provide backlog/production updates to help manage volume and reset client expectations if needed.

Operate and troubleshoot systems like InfoPrint Manager (IPM) and InfoPrint Workflow (IPW).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year with continuous forms printers in a production print environment.

In-depth knowledge of continuous forms print technologies and pre/post equipment.

Familiarity with print center applications and workflow systems (IPW, IPM).

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

High attention to detail and self-starting mindset.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.Company Description
