Job Details

You’ll be joining a collaborative, humble, and product-minded team based in San Francisco. Expect to ship fast, work closely with customers, and shape the technical foundation of a product already making a tangible difference.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver features that directly impact users

Own development projects from 0 1 in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability using modern cloud services

Build and scale backend and full-stack systems that power AI-driven patient interactions

Design infrastructure and deployment pipelines for real-time voice and audio processing

Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the stack

Work closely with the founders and have exposure to world-class advisors and investors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field l

6-10+ years of experience at a top-tier tech company or high-growth startup (e.g. Stripe, Ramp, Notion)

Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI)

Experience building with cloud services like GCP or AWS

Deep knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy

Solid understanding of audio/voice tech architectures and real-time communication systems

Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React and React Native (they are open to backend folks as well)

Comfortable with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, and OpenAI APIs

Passionate about AI, machine learning, and transforming healthcare through technology

Experience working with EHR systems and building AI agents is a plus
