Day Shift Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician to join our highly respected healthcare facility located just outside Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in specimen collection and processing, as well as conducting a variety of clinical lab tests to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment for patients of all ages. Position Highlights:

Day shift schedule

40 Hours Per 2 Week Pay Period

Perform waived and moderately complex testing

Troubleshoot instruments and specimen issues

Validate and report accurate lab results

Assist in quality control, maintenance, and compliance efforts What You ll Need:

Associate s degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Science (or Bachelor s in Medical Technology/Clinical Lab Science)

Experience preferred but not required

Knowledge of CLIA, Federal, and State regulations
