Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Technician to join our operations team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving, and kit assembly processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Component Labeling and Kit Assembly:
Assemble intermediate components used in finished good kits.
Complete finished goods assemblies, ensuring all inventory records are accurately updated.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency during assembly operations.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations:
Conduct cycle counts of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Use Oracle MRP and SCALE WMS databases to identify, track, and locate inventory items.
Ensure all transactions and inventory adjustments are recorded accurately.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by following global health and safety standards.
Support the organization’s commitment to product quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while standing or sitting for extended periods
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Effective communication skills across teams and departments
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities
Preferred:
Prior experience with cycle counting and inventory management
Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems
Experience working in a regulated warehouse or logistics environment
