JOB TITLE: Aircraft Upholstery Technician II
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Summary:
Under minimal supervision, fabricate and install aircraft upholstery and cover panels.
Create simple patterns and follow engineering drawings and specifications to complete interior work.
Fabricate and install flat panels, curtains, and simple covers per design specs
Work with fabric, vinyl, leather, and composites using adhesives, sewing equipment, and power tools
Cut and surge carpets; install and cover bulkheads, headliners, sidewalls, hatch panels, and windows
Use material tracking system (Corridor) to request parts, track work, and sign off tasks
Support process improvements alongside lead technicians using Lean principles
Maintain compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and PPE requirements
Identify and address unsafe conditions
Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial sewing machines, sergers, and upholstery hand tools
Aerospace industry experience preferred
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
