What You’ll Do:

Learn to setup, operate and maintain precision machinery

Produce high-quality springs and wire forms for various industries

Troubleshoot and ensure efficient machine performance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills

Basic Tooling Knowledge

Previous experience in machine operation (preferred)

HS Diploma or general education degree (GED)

A desire to learn and advance in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

Required to stand, walk, and use hands regularly.

Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Safety Requirements:

Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
