Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On)

Job Description

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Lead with strong forklift experience to help manage daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be responsible for unloading and reloading freight, maintaining organization, and ensuring efficient workflow while also setting the pace and leading by example.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklift to load/unload containers, dry vans, and flatbeds

Oversee warehouse workflow and assist with team coordination

Verify and record incoming and outgoing cargo

Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized

Work closely with customer service and dispatch on scheduling and inquiries

Perform basic administrative tasks related to inventory and shipping

Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff

Requirements:

Proven forklift experience (certification preferred)

2+ years of warehouse experience, including lead or supervisory duties

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to lead by example

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
