Now Hiring Experienced Service Technicians in Oceanside!

Service Technician Responsibilities

· Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in the apartments

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

· Service technicians must regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas

· Performs trash-outs and make-readies to ensure units are ready for future residents in a timely manner

Requirements Of A Service Technician

· 6 months maintenance or handyman/ related experience

· Service technicians must have general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance

· Ability to prioritize projects

· Works well independently

· Self-motivated and time management skills
